It could also be spyware. Norton's will not detect 90% of spware so you should do a scan with a spyware scanner. Try www.housecall.antivirus.com. They have a very good spyware scanner built in to thier virus scanner. You may also want to try "Spybot search and destroy". Do a google search ...
